如果您的账号遗失，我们可能需要验证您的身份，身份验证后可重置密码，如手机身份验证后重置密码，或通过客服方式重置密码，在此过程中需您提供一些信息以验证您的身份。在找回密码时，我方可能需要您提供经常登录地点、经常登录设备、经常收听内容 、注册时间和城市信息，必要时需要使用人脸识别功能来验证您的身份。

供您参加运营和互动活动

若您参加我们的运营和互动活动，如抽奖、参加竞猜、答题、问卷调查时，可能需要您主动提交有关信息。例如对特定活动所领取的红包进行提现、奖品兑现和向税务机构完税，您可能需要提交身份证信息。若奖品或者活动礼品需要寄送，您还需要提供地址信息。

为您提供订阅服务

为完成订阅服务的费用支付，我们会记录您的支付方式和资金账号，以实现原路径退款、活动红包提现、解除连续包月服务、售后服务。我们会根据您选择的支付方式把您的订单支付相关信息、订单安全相关设备信息及其他反洗钱法律要求的必要信息通过在应用程序中嵌入的支付宝以及其他第三方支付的软件工具开发包（SDK）的方式与支付宝公司或其他第三方支付公司共享。同时，我们会记录并向您展示您账户的订单信息。

客户服务及争议处理

为向您提供客户服务，我们会记录您提供的联系方式、设备或SIM卡信息和通信/通话记录和内容，用于与您联系和帮助您解决问题，或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果。

为您提供购买咨询服务

为了方便处理您关于特定产品和服务的咨询，我们会需要您提供您的姓名、联系方式、公司地址、公司行业等必要信息，以便我们了解您的购买需求，从而为您提供给更加专业和针对性的服务。

Failure to provide such information will not affect your use of ROKID products and services.

3. Authentication

If your account is lost, we may need to verify your identity before you reset your password. For example, you may reset your password after authentication via mobile phone or reset your password through customer service, during which you need to provide certain information for authentication. To retrieve your password, we may ask you to provide information about your frequent login location, commonly used device, content you often listen to, registration time and city information, etc., and may verify your identity via face recognition if necessary.

Your participation in business and interactive activities

To participate in our business and interactive activities, such as lucky draws, guessing games, quizzes and questionnaires, you may be required to submit relevant information. For example, you may be required to provide your ID information for redemption of cash vouchers or prizes from certain events and for tax payment to tax authorities. If prizes or event gifts need to be sent, you may also need to provide your address information.

Subscription service

In order to complete the payment of the subscription service, we will record your payment method and fund account number, for purposes of refund by the original payment method, redemption of cash vouchers, cancellation of continuous monthly payment service and after-sales service. Based on the payment method you choose, we will share your order payment information, order security related device information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay or other third-party payment companies through Alipay and other third-party payment software development kit (SDK) embedded in the application. In addition, we will record and show you the purchase order information of your account.

Customer service and dispute resolution

To provide you with customer service, we will record the contact information, device or SIM card information and record and content of communications/calls provided by you, for contacting you and helping you solve problems, or recording the solutions and results of related problems.

Advisory service for purchases

You may close your previously registered account at any time. You may request to close your Rokid account through our website, the portal provided by the software or by calling our customer service. If you close your Rokid account, you will be unable to use all Rokid products and services, so please treat it with care. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, we will determine whether to support your account closure request according to your use of Rokid products and services, and inform you of corresponding situation arising therefrom. If you want to close your Rokid account, you should carefully read the Account Closure Agreement and the corresponding rules that are presented to you.
